I have been seeing Hollie at Balance for a couple of years now. Her professionalism and expertise are truly unmatched. What truly sets Hollie apart is how in tune she is with her clients. She listens attentively to any skin concerns and tailors the treatment to meet your specific needs.

My skin had changed due to the menopause and had become red and l had more broken veins. I have had four treatments of IPL so far and the results have been really good. The redness has gone and my veins have noticeably reduced, some disappearing completely. My complexion is calmer and my skin tone even.

I had a wonderful morning having the Balance signature bespoke facial. After some in depth facial analysis, Hollie got to work by calming my skin using nourishing products, massage and lymphatic drainage. The result was glowing skin, but also deep relaxation. Highly recommended!

Yet another amazing massage from Emily. The best neck treatment there is which helps control my trigeminal neuralgia pain. A great alternative to strong medication which would be required otherwise. Highly recommend. Thank you Emily.
